ITINERARY
-
3:15 a.m. – We’ll meet you and pick you up at your hotel.

4:20 a.m. – We arrive at Tikal National Park.

4:30 a.m. – We begin our walk towards Temple IV and climb to the top to get to the lookout.

6:30 a.m. – After sunrise, we descend Temple IV and start the tour around the rest of Tikal.

9:30 a.m. – The tour ends at the parking lot and then we will take you for breakfast and after that We’ll drive back to your hotel.

11:45 a.m. – We arrive back in Flores and here ends the tour.
ADMISSIONS & TICKETS
we will have to buy your entrance tickets ahead of time using your government-issued ID (Guatemalans) or passport (foreigners).
we will need to purchase two entrance tickets: 1) a ticket for sunrise entrance, valid before 8 a.m. and 2) a ticket for general park admission, valid for the rest of the day.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

There is no ATM in Tikal, so please withdraw enough cash in Flores.

We cannot promise that you’ll see the sun during the sunrise tour. Only during 15% of the year are days clear enough to see the sun from the temple. But even on days that are not perfectly clear you will see and hear the jungle awake far below you.
